The staff was super friendly and the rooms were new, clean, and spacious. The spa facilities were mind-blowing. We loved being next to the pine tree forest and going on treks in the mountains. The family suite was perfect for our group and the indoor pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the town center. The massages were great and we had a relaxing weekend. The views from the balcony were jaw-dropping and there were good hiking trails nearby. The outdoor pool was a nice addition, even in March. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the outside pool was good. The hotel was clean and new, with a high standard of service. The on-site restaurant offered food until 11 pm and had a great selection of wines. Most rooms had balconies, which was convenient for smokers. The two swimming pools and small spa center were a fantastic amenity. The staff was responsive to reported problems and provided a discount for the lack of warm water in the bathroom.
